I'll speak about the service department which has always been very friendly and competent. The one star off is because their sales and inventory seems more geared towards the very wealthy client as opposed to the average town resident.

Our Jeep stopped with Drivetrain Malfunction and a couple of other warning lights. These guys were scheduled way out-like every shop in town.
