The best experience ever! I had a coolant leak on a Saturday. No other shops were open. David and Joseph took amazing care of us, going above and beyond any regular dealer/mechanic shop. This saved our trip as we are traveling cross country from Florida. We are so appreciative of everyone here, really great people and service!

We were in the national park and experienced issues with our truck. I called this dealership on a Saturday and spoke to Dave, who without hesitation said to bring it in! Our truck issues were quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. Everyone was so great and treated us like family! Thank you so much Dave and team for such a great experience. We were fortunate to be able to work with Jaime Lopez. What a great guy, we enjoyed the whole experience. They were flexible and understanding because we had to drive three hours. Everyone was really nice. They were complimentary about my trade in even though it wasn’t even close to the same caliber of their regular stock. I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. They were patient when my bank fumbled around to get the financing together. We will definitely be back, someday, but hopefully not too soon.

I appreciated that they took a little bit of extra time to check everything out (Nice to find out that nothing was needed, just a heads up about tire wear).

Parts showed us fair price on a bike rack to consider as well. The visit was easy and reassuring because it’s low-key and it’s not downtown.

On our road trip from Canada our jeep broke down. After speaking with Daniel on the phone he helped us in so many ways. From sending someone to have a look at the vehicle to giving us a ride back into downtown and even offering us a ride to our campsite but we couldn’t accept as it was too far. Daniel is fantastic and we felt the hospitality from him and the team. Would recommend.

Really appreciate Daniel in the service dept getting a diagnosis and parts for my Van. Daniel took care of my vehicle and advised options so I could get a thorough solution rather than fixing the bare minimum. David and Jaime on the sales team made sure I got a good deal on a new Transit. Yeti’s a great business to work with.

We had been doing a Xcountry trip when my wife had to have emergency surgery for appendicitis, after several days of excellent care at St John’s we left to continue our trip. Unfortunately our Promaster van decided it needed attention as well. We found / limped into Rocky Mt Yeti and met up with Floyd Jenkins. After diagnosis, he had an alternator shipped overnight to their shop. Their expert staff had our van ready later the next afternoon. Thanks to Jack for giving us a ride back to our hotel and bringing us to pick our vehicle up. And to the mechanic Ed, and especially Floyd Jenkins, for facilitating all of this. Very satisfied customers during what was a very stressful situation.
