I found a beautiful truck on marketplace and called “Sully” about it. He was quick to help me make arrangements and very easy to deal with. I was a little nervous to send a deposit on a vehicle so far away, but he shared everywhere I could look to be assured I wasn’t being scammed. My family made picking up the truck a weekend trip and he was helpful with suggesting places to stay. When we arrived he was outside waiting to show me the truck and everything was all set to go. I would highly recommend Sully and Yeti for purchasing a vehicle. He was very truthful about the truck. It was as good as he said it was. Thanks Sully!

Recently bought a new pick up from Rocky Mountain Yeti Jackson WY. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. My salesman Sully is amazing. He’s honest, professional, respectful, very nice and actually listened to exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure and the whole experience was easy and fast!

Jaime did a great job. He was very detailed, thorough and communicative. I was out of state and he sent me several videos and pictures of the vehicle. He also scheduled the shipping and helped with my many questions through the process.

I’ll speak about the service department which has always been very friendly and competent. Floyd is great. The one star off is because their sales and inventory seems more geared towards the very wealthy client as opposed to the average town resident. Service continues to be great.

Oil change and inspection today through service department’s Josh (work by Keney), and thank you both. Josh was welcoming from the minute we arrived in the parking lot. I appreciated that they took a little bit of extra time to check everything out (Nice to find out that nothing was needed, just a heads up about tire wear). Parts showed us fair price on a bike rack to consider as well. The visit was easy and reassuring because it’s low-key and it’s not downtown.

      This Dealership is amazing. We broke down in Jackson and had our truck towed their. Thank you Casey in the Service Dept. for your help in getting us in the line up.       Our Jeep stopped with Drivetrain Malfunction and a couple of other warning lights.  These guys were scheduled way out-like every shop in town.  We were stranded costing a Jackson Hole fortune each day, and needed to get home to Arizona. They went over and beyond to help us. Fixed an electric wire going to the trans.  On our way!
